Meet Our Tutors
Kaitlin Baker, M.Ed., W.D.P.
Kaitlin Baker attained dual undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and English from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. She earned a Masters of Education Degree in Reading from Centenary University, and then continued on to acquire an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Mathematics K-6 from the American College of Education. She is a certified Reading Specialist with additional certificates for Elementary and Special Education. She has taught in various special education placements in all grades 1-6, as well as adults with special needs. She has worked with children in both public and private school settings.
As a life-long learner, Kaitlin is constantly studying and applying new research-based methods in her instruction. Her lessons are student-centered and include a wide variety of multi-sensory approaches. She has recently become a Level 1 Certified Google Educator, allowing her to incorporate leading-edge technology into her work. She is also a certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner. This title recognizes her ability to diagnostically teach students with language-based learning disabilities, such as dyslexia.
Claire Fleming offers a wealth of knowledge from her over eleven years of teaching experience. She prides herself on the individual connection she can make with each student. Aside from teaching in the classroom, she has experience in private tutoring with students ranging from kindergartners to high school seniors preparing for the SATs.
Mrs. Fleming received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and History from Centenary University, NJ. She is also continuing her education with a pursuit of a Masters in Education and a Reading Specialist certification. She currently lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and toddler. In her free time she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time outside.
Dee Stauffer, M.A.
Dee has a Masters of Arts in Reading, and holds certifications as a Reading Teacher and Reading Specialist. She has taught for over 20 years in elementary and middle school. She recognizes that all children
learn differently. For Dee, helping children boost their confidence and assisting them in feeling successful continues to be one of the biggest rewards of working with children.
